Grove Ninety-Eight, our new mixed-use development in the North Raleigh submarket of Wake Forest, N.C, is nearing completion. The project features The Lindley at Grove 98 Apartments, 80,000 SF of retail across the street from Wegmans, and 395 鈥渇or sale鈥� residential units by homebuilder Stanley Martin.
Phase 1 retail is complete with the following tenants opening in the coming weeks: Torchy鈥檚 Tacos, Nothing Bundt Cakes, CAVA, Sleep Number, Deca Dental, and One Medical. Phase 2 retail is well underway and fully pre-leased with delivery expected in Spring 2024.
The Lindley, which recently welcomed its first residents, features 232 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with top-of-market, resort-style indoor and outdoor amenities that cater to young professionals, empty nesters, and families.
