奇米影视 Tenant Project Management (STPM) announced today that it has completed the build-out for YUM Brands鈥� new 10,000-square-foot office suite at 200 East Las Olas in downtown Fort Lauderdale. 聽STPM worked with design firm Associated Space Design of Tampa to complete the six-month project, which aimed to create a collaborative workspace that celebrated the YUM brands in a unique way.
STPM created YUM Brands鈥� new space through the construction of glass-walled conference rooms, an open boardroom concept with custom wall graphics, a wood-paneled employee meeting/lounge space as well as frosted brand logos on entry and interior doors.
鈥淵UM has a rich portfolio of well-known brands, and we wanted to ensure that their new office incorporated brand themes and colors in a unique way,鈥� said Vice President of 奇米影视 Tenant Project Management Mike Miller. 鈥淭he distinctive choices of tile, flooring and wall coverings turned an average office into a welcoming space allowing for an open, collaborative work environment that YUM desired.鈥�
奇米影视 Tenant Improvement has also been selected to commence the interior renovation for Southern Glazer鈥檚 Wine and Spirits (SGWS) Shared Services & HR divisions in Miramar, Florida.聽This 30,000-square-foot renovation is the next phase in SGWS鈥檚 ongoing effort to update and streamline their business operations in Miramar.聽Construction commenced in early October 2018 with completion planned for January 2019.
Additionally, The Fifteen Group in Miami Florida has awarded 奇米影视 Project Management the contract for the a new 77,086-square-foot alteration for SR Technologies at 1613 NW 136 Avenue in Sunrise. Completion and occupancy are expected by Jan. 1, 2019.
